Our skilled illustrators and printers create the designs and screen print (or "silk screen") them onto the shirts with pride. The tagless tag is printed directly on the fabric inside the collar, making it unnoticeable.

Our unisex modern fit shirts are slightly tapered, offering a more refined look compared to traditional boxy tees. They are pre-shrunk, though like any high-cotton garment, may still shrink slightly in the wash. The shirts are made from a soft, ringspun 30/1 fine jersey knit, using 90% USA-grown cotton and 10% polyester for a two-tone effect. These mid-weight fabrics provide the perfect balance of comfort and durability.

We use top-quality QCM screen printing inks, manufactured in Pineville, North Carolina. These vibrant, durable inks are highly crack-resistant, and some of our designs intentionally feature a faded or cracked look. Our printers utilize state-of-the-art M&R printing presses and ovens made in Illinois to ensure precision and consistency.

QCM inks are also environmentally-friendly, being phthalate-free for over a decade, CFC-free, and classified as carcinogen-free by California. From the cotton farming in Texas and the Southwest to the fabric sewing in Toluca, Mexico, and the printing, packaging, and distribution across the country, we strive to source domestically whenever possible.

Screen printing is a nuanced craft, and we invest in hiring, training, and retaining skilled professionals to ensure the highest quality. Our in-house apprenticeship and educational programs equip our team with a deep understanding of the complex interplay between inks, fabrics, and the printing process.
